We do our best to make sure everything on the site is accurate, up to date, and functioning properly, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available.

3. Products & Orders

Our products are sold in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities per order or per customer.
Cancel orders at our discretion.
Change prices or discontinue products without notice.

We aim to display our products and colours as accurately as possible, but screens may vary—so we can’t guarantee the display on your device is 100% true to life.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Payment & Billing

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for billing and shipping. You also agree to update your details if they change.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect it was placed fraudulently, or in breach of these Terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship both domestically and internationally from 1 Highfield Terrace, Cumbalum, NSW, 2478. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not happy, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the full process, including eligibility and conditions.
