30 Day Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Free Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns and free exchanges on all Australian orders.

Eligibility
Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• Returned with tags and packaging

Final Sale
Sale items are final and can’t be returned.

International Orders
We currently only accept returns within Australia.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue

We’ll organise a refund or replacement — on us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Gift Cards
Orders paid with a gift card are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
