Welcome to Ichigo Ichi. We’re a small but mighty team packing orders from our HQ in Byron Bay. Please take a moment to read through our shipping policy before placing your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship both within Australia and internationally to most regions around the world.
Australian Shipping
Standard Domestic Shipping (Courier: Australia Post)
- $9.95 flat rate
- Free on orders $150.00+
Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days
International Shipping
Standard International Shipping (Courier: Australia Post)
- $29.95 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 6–27 business days
All shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and the time of year. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your local customs authority. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or launches, please allow an extra day or two.
PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
Yes, we can deliver to both.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may offer selected items on a pre-order basis. Pre-order timelines will be clearly outlined on the product page. Please note: orders that include pre-order items will be held and shipped together once all items are ready to go.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to get your order out quickly, once a parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery times are out of our control.
Delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Peak seasons (e.g. holidays, sales)
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Customs processing (for international orders)
We recommend choosing express shipping if your order is time-sensitive, however please note that as our HQ is located in a rural area (Ballina), express shipping may still not be as fast as metropolitan areas such as inner Sydney or Melbourne.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once your order has left our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the courier (Australia Post). Ichigo Ichi is not liable for any parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.
If something goes wrong, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly with your tracking information. We’ll always do our best to assist where we can, but please understand our limitations here.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available. Please check your junk folder if you haven’t received this within 3 business days of ordering.
